It’s time to party! On Thursday, January 12, join us as we celebrate the 162nd birthday of Homer Watson, our namesake and renowned Canadian landscape artist! On this day, we will be honouring Watson and celebrating his tremendous accomplishments and contribution to our history. Join us at Noon for a FREE lunchtime lecture, Executive Curator Faith Hieblinger will be delivering an informal discussion on the life of Homer Watson, along with tours of the museum, and of course birthday cake! Staff will also be on hand to answer any questions you may have about Watson, his artwork, the museum or our programs.
Admission for this event is FREE.
